ATTENTION: ThinkLink, CanBox, and HotVoice Clients
ThinkLink Inc. went
out of business as of Sunday, February
18. CanBox called it quits in May. HotVoice terminated its
voicemail service as of the 15th of June. Many other companies who were
co-branding voicemail service with these companies (for example
NetZero) were left with no service for their customers.
Our FreedomLITE is a comparable
service for many of you. This may also be a good time to upgrade
to more advanced features.
For obvious reasons, many of you are asking if we are a solid
company. Our voicemail services have been available since 1996, and
we are here for
the long haul.
Although we can probably transfer your
existing toll-free number, the sudden departure of your
voicemail companies can make this difficult and uncertain.
Therefore, we encourage you to take a new
toll-free number, if at all possible.
Please help us help you by doing the following:

Frequently Asked Questions, and Features
pages. The FAQ pages are very important since most calls to
customer service are
for answers to those very same questions
- Please sign up online by using
our order page
- Please be patient. We are
doing our best to get all of you signed up quickly and with
minimum downtime
- If you want to try to keep
your current number, please state so in the comments section
of the order form
- If you want a vanity
number (custom number), please state your choices in
the comments section of the order form
