1987. The voicemail call center has been operating since 1996. Our mission is to, first, provide innovative, practical, and
top-quality communication services that save time and greatly improve

In addition, we support any entrepreneur with a direct and easy way to
earn extra income for their companies. We believe our first
responsibility is to the people who use our products.

Within the
Continental United States, one-way calls
into or from the system (messages delivered or calls to check messages) are
always billed at a low rate of 7.5 cents per minute. Calls that are
between multiple parties (call transfer, cardless calling card, call return) are
billed at 11.9 cents per minute. Billing only begins once a call is

No, you
do not! Service is month to month and you can stop at any time
with a 30 day notice.

FreedomLITE
is able to not only take and deliver messages, but it can also transfer
live callers to you. You also get cardless calling card and call
return features. You can add many optional features to customize your
system.
FreedomPRO
has all the capabilities of the FreedomLITE, but has more standard
features and more voice mailboxes. FreedomPRO also includes the
"Ultimate Sales Tool" (voice-on-demand) which allows you to
provide sales and marketing information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Typically, once you add more than one option to a FreedomLITE, you might
as well go with a FreedomPRO instead. You can add many optional features to
customize your system.
FreedomHOME
is a voicemail-only system. It is capable of finding you to
deliver messages, but it can not transfer live callers to you. This
service is being phased out and is not recommended.

Outgoing messages can be as long as you want them to be. There is no
maximum time restriction.

Incoming
messages (not live callers) are limited to 2 minutes. This is done to prevent an accidental
(or intended) misuse of your personal 800 number billing time. A live
phone conversation has no time limit.

Yes!
We call these vanity numbers. There is a one time fee of $30 to
set this up. Just enter your request on the comments section of
the online order form. 877
vanity numbers are easier to find, followed by 888 numbers, followed
last by 800 numbers. Also, the few digits you specify, the easier
it is to find a match.

Yes you
can. We can arrange to have your existing toll-free number transferred
to us so you can enjoy the low 7.5 cent rate.

system can store an unlimited number of messages. Messages can be
saved for 30 days.

Your
social security number is used to identify you as a real person.
We do not run credit checks, but we do need some way of validating a
person. If you are uncomfortable using your social security number
in this manner, you can provide us with other forms of identifying information such as a copy of a
utility bill or a copy of a driver's
license.
